Regoverning Markets consortium meets in Windsor to guide the year ahead

The 'Regoverning Markets' international research consortium gathers today in Windsor UK for 3 days of review and strategic planning. The programme, which aims to improve our understanding of the way modernization and re-structuring of food supply chains is affecting food production and distribution systems, and to identify best-practice in involving small-scale producers in dynamic supply chains, is at a crucial half way stage.

 The first full day will be addressed by the president of the International Federation of Agricultural Producers (IFAP, Jack Wilkinson. Wilkinson will make a plea to the researchers to get practical information to producer organisations and policy makers [..]
