LA TRINIDAD, Benguet-The Department of Agriculture and the province's traders have agreed to establish a data bank on the actual volume of highland vegetables shipped daily to Metro Manila and other provinces.

"The data base will enhance the farmers' production strategies and facilitate the transport of food products to the various demand centers in Metro Manila where urban poor communities are concentrated," Patricio Ananayo, division chief, said.
