Thailand: Draft retail law back to Cabinet

The Commerce Ministry will resubmit the proposed Retail Business Act for Cabinet approval on Tuesday, to ensure passage by this government.
If approved, the bill will go to the National Legislative Assembly for final consideration. The entire process will take at least two months, Internal Trade Department deputy director-general Vatcharee Vimooktayon said yesterday.
