The Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (www.enterprise-development.net) organised a Conference in Cairo, to review current knowledge. The Conference featured about 60 peer-reviewed Papers, presented mostly in break-out sessions. This Paper has been written to index some of the learning points arising from the Cairo Conference; it is designed to enable the reader to find materials of most interest to the individual, as quickly as possible.
