Who Will Feed the Poor? The Future of Food Security for Southern Africa: A Policy Discussion Paper

This paper examines "the state of food security in southern Africa", in terms
of the availability of, access to and affordability of food, particularly among
the most vulnerable in society. We examine regional food consumption and
production in relation to the impacts of the recently increased world food
prices, in the context of the current energy and financial crisis.
