What is the Neuchatel Initiative? At the annual meeting 2007 in Montpellier, the NI affiliates have decided to view the NI no longer as a donor consultation platform, but redefine it as a competence network of rural advisory services specialists.

Purpose of the Neuchatel Initiative? Exchange of experiences and views; Joint reflection; Development of common understanding on current issues around rural extension.

Objective of the Neuchatel Initiative website? Providing a forum to share the results of these processes with a wider audience in the international development community.
